How to read POI & EX signals
POI (Point of Interest) signals indicate a potential new price movement within the next few bars on the chart. They do not specify the direction of this move. Traders can predict direction by analyzing recent price action, trends, and other factors. EX (Exhaustion) points mark areas where ongoing price movement may be losing momentum. These points often coincide with the end of the last price swing. However, an EX point does not always mean a reversal; it can signal consolidation before another move in the same direction.
Typically, EX points are good opportunities for traders to take partial profits or close trades. This allows them to wait for clearer price signals before deciding their next move. Both POI and EX points serve as concentration launchers for traders. They should analyze signal locations and plan trades based on their strategies and money management practices.
